Toyo Eatery’s ten-course tasting menu is brilliant. The selection of ingredients and use of techniques are astonishing; everything was well thought out. Going through each course is such a beautiful experience. This is my favorite in the tasting menu – congee (lugaw) made with crab roe, crab meat, shrimp, garlic and coconut vinegar, with hints of toasted rice. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. If I can I’ll have this over and over, and over. This, by far, is the best dinning experience I’ve had recently. Do try, and enjoy, if you have the chance!
