Tapenade; Manila, January 2017

My friend and I hangout from time to time to indulge with unlimited life updates and fresh oysters. We rely on Tapenade’s (in Discovery Primea) salad buffet for the oysters component. Sadly, oysters supply is scare these days, Tapenade didn’t have oysters on spread this weekend. Cry. We focused our attention instead to other buffet offerings. I particularly enjoyed the cheese, mostly mozzarella with pink peppercorns and goat cheese paired with dried figs. We will most likely do this again next month (or sooner!), hopefully by then the oysters are back … we terribly miss it.
